business
new and existing patrons.
Customer Returns
At Riverside Networks we run a regular returns service for our
customers and are fully compliant to the
'Long Distance Selling Regulations' and fully compliant to 'OFT (Office of Fair Trading)'
regarding customers rights, as a lawful and transparent business
working hard in the local and wider community in the interests of all.
It is therefore your right as a consumer customer to return new items
within 7 - 14 days from receipt providing it is returned in the
original packing and in good condition, described as a saleable
condition.
If an item is faulty we will accept the return of the goods and where
we will issue a full refund and also credit back any return postage to
a customers Pay Pal account.
If items are purchased by mistake, we will accept the return, but
cannot afford to credit back the return postage to our customer.
