Shipping Internationally
Welcome to Riverside Networks Shipping details and information for our
International customers. We do offer a comprehensive service
Internationally to our customers of all regions, distributing goods
from the United Kingdom as an International hub.
Prices: On
every listing our customers will clearly see the cost of shipping for
each item Internationally.
Riverside
Networks is always keen to dispatch items to our customers at the
earliest opportunity of mail order item(s).
As soon as goods are paid for on settlement of your account the
processing of your order commences. If orders are placed in the day, in
most instances they are shipped the same day, unless orders are placed
overnight after 4.30 pm and then those orders are shipping the
following day in the very earliest post available.
Orders taken at the weekend are processed at the earliest opportunity
and shipped on the very first Monday after the weekend unless the
weekend falls on a bank holiday.
Dispatch Time
Details:
Monday to Friday Orders: Between 8.00 am to 4.00 pm (shipped same day).
Monday to
Friday Orders: Taken overnight (shipped next day).
Saturday and
Sunday Orders: Will be dispatch on the immediate Monday.
Late Account
Settlement: Goods will be sent in the very next post when
payment is made.
(please do not blame us for late delivery times if you are
responsible).

Shipping Suppliers
Riverside
Networks operates a series of suppliers for shipping goods.
Where postal charges are stated they are at the rate of the couriers
published charges. Riverside Networks does NOT profit from postage in
any form.
Please remember, we run a full and comprehensive audit trail, regarding
proof of posting and will work with partners Pay Pal and others to
prevent theft, as a result of any bogus, or fraudulent claims of non
receipt. We work on very small margins as a business, so an item
claimed to have been lost valued at a £1.00, means we have to
sell another £10.00 of items just to replace that one pound.
Postal
Couriers for shipping we use are:-
Shippers:
Royal Mail, UPS, TNT, City Link, DHL and the Home Delivery Network.
Receiving Your
Goods:
In most cases all goods are sent by mail order.
Terms:
Mail Order Only (No collection available).
Most International orders are shipped using UPS, DHL, Royal Mail and
TNT.
Delivery Times
Riverside
Networks makes every effort for goods to be shipped Internationally the
most efficient and speediest way possible. Goods shipped using UPS
signed for can reach customers in a matter of a few days.
Royal Mail and DHL International Air Mail services to the USA, Canada
can take up to 14 days for delivery. Goods sent to South America using
these services can be longer.
Western Europe shipping using DHL and Royal Mail normally takes for EU
Countries normally 4 - 7 days for delivery. Eastern Europe and Russia
can in some instances take far much longer due to infrastructure and
distance.
Australia and Asia Pacific Regions normally take around 7 - 14 days in
delivery using DHL or Royal Mail. But again, if customers opt for UPS
signed for, these times can be significantly reduced.
Customs
Delays can sometimes happen as a result of Customs. We would like to
remind all our customers, that on every consignment we ship we ensure
either on the package or shipping manifesto. All Customs information
and declarations are clearly seen and provided. So any delay from
customs, can be as a result of regional processes.
