take it for granted for you are the life blood of our business, as we
work in a very passionate way as hardworking folk in delivering quality
value products, excellent customer service and after sales.
All goods are the genuine items and NOT counterfeit goods, as this is
something important to especially remember in the current economic
climate. Please ensure your address details and records are up to date
if you are using our Pay Pal Merchant Services Account.
Please ensure you provide a valid email address, as you will sent
throughout the purchasing process, a series of messages, indicating the
position of your order, so you are kept fully informed.
We do get problems with products occasionally, so please inform us at
the earliest opportunity so we can assist you.
Dispatch Time:
Riverside Networks is always keen to dispatch customers goods at the
earliest opportunity, as soon as payment is made. Goods are delivered
to your home, or can be delivered to your local Riverside Networks
Store as they open in numerous regions of the United Kingdom.
If orders are placed in the day, in most instances they are shipped the
same day, unless orders are placed overnight after 4.30 pm and then
those orders are shipping the following day in the very earliest post
available.
Orders taken at the weekend are processed at the earliest opportunity
and shipped on the very first Monday after the weekend, unless the
weekend falls on a bank holiday.

Orders: Between 8.00 am to 4.00 pm (shipped same day). Monday to
Friday
Orders Taken
Overnight: Orders overnight are shipped next day.
Saturday and
Sunday
Orders: Will be dispatch on the immediate Monday.
Late Account
Settlement: Goods will be sent in the very next post when
payment is made.

Postage and Packing:
Riverside Networks operates a series of suppliers for shipping goods.
Where postal charges are stated they are at the rate of the couriers
published charges. Riverside Networks does NOT profit from postage in
any form.
Please remember, we run a full and comprehensive audit trail, regarding
proof of posting and will work with partners Pay Pal and other
couriers to prevent theft, as a result of any bogus, or fraudulent
claims of non receipt.
We operate on very small margins as a business, so an item claimed to
have been lost valued at a £1.00, means we have to sell another
£10 - 15.00 of items just to replace that one pound.
